An in-depth introduction to Kyudo, the Way of the Bow, with Shibata-sensei.

This weekend will include demonstrations, Kyudo instruction, meditation instruction. For those who have never shot, it will be a way to prepare for First Shot. For practicing kyudoka, it will be an opportunity to deepen your understanding and develop your technique.
